Building Services Engineer (Electrical / ACMV)

A recognised degree in Electrical / Building Services or related disciplines
MHKIE or equivalent is preferred
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in contractor or consultant firm in electrical / ACMV design & installation
Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Capable to handle projects independently
Good knowledge in Auto-CAD, experience with using Revit is an advantage
Adaptable to changes and challenges
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsible for design, co-ordination & project administration of building services systems in existing & new development
Monitor design & site progress
Coordinate with various in-house departments and external consultants
