Building Services Engineer (Electrical / ACMV)
-Hong Kong (IAP/JC25-017)

Requirements
- A recognised degree in Electrical / Building Services or related disciplines
- MHKIE or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in contractor or consultant firm in electrical / ACMV design & installation
- Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Capable to handle projects independently
- Good knowledge in Auto-CAD, experience with using Revit is an advantage
- Adaptable to changes and challenges
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities
- Responsible for design, co-ordination & project administration of building services systems in existing & new development
- Monitor design & site progress
- Coordinate with various in-house departments and external consultants
