Loving Home and Domestic Harmony

Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) established the SHKP Club in 1996. It is the first property club in Hong Kong and now has over 500,000 members. The Club endeavours to provide customer-oriented services, plus to offer members information about and privileges of SHKP’s residential developments, shopping malls and other SHKP Group businesses. It serves as a bridge for two-way communication between SHKP and the community as well as to build long-term relationships with members.

In 2005, SHKP Club established a new category of Star membership to reward buyers and tenants of SHKP residential developments with a variety of exceptional benefits to build loyalty.

The SHKP Club adheres to SHKP’s Building Homes with Heart ideal and promotes the idea of Loving Home and domestic harmony in Hong Kong through a variety of events and activities. It has also made use of both online and offline channels to provide members with the latest SHKP information and services, arrange activities to engage members, and receive feedbacks from members so as to understand their needs and strive continuous enhancements in our products and services. 

Staging Loving Home Campaign to promote domestic harmony

Dedicated to the Group's Building Homes with Heart ideal, SHKP Club started a Loving Home initiative in its 10th year. By leveraging SHKP networks, SHKP Club broadcasts the ideal of loving home to members and the general public. The annual Loving Home initiative carries different themes every year, and features an array of activities, competitions, seminars and charity sales that appeal to people of all ages.

SHKP Club is devoted to advocating domestic harmony by all means, including the use of new technology that can help draw youngsters’ and young families’ attention. A roving exhibition held at designated SHKP malls has showcased the use of augmented reality (AR) technology in encouraging people share precious moments with their loved ones. The Club’s annual territory-wide competition encourages people to express their love to their families. Excerpts from winning entries of the competition are included in the Club’s Loving Home Notebook which is sold for charitable purpose to further spread the loving home ideal.
