These expert teams also work closely with contractors on repairs and maintenance while assisting residents on matters such as applying for water, electricity and gas services.

Since late 2013, the Group has been offering a 3-year warranty to first-hand purchasers of newly sold developments in Hong Kong. There is a dedicated department responsible for making necessary repairs to properties during the warranty period, and this type of comprehensive after-sale care and service puts purchasers’ minds at ease. The Group also constantly introduces new techniques to monitor building safety and quality.
