Publicly listed in Hong Kong, with a history of over 40 years, SHKP is now one of the largest
property developers and landlords in Hong Kong. Our market position has been well
established in Hong Kong and on the mainland.
Headquartered in Hong Kong, our core business is property development for sale and rental
business of investment property. It is vertically integrated from land acquisition, project
planning, material sourcing, construction and project management through to sales and
marketing, and property management.
We are also involved in hotel, telecommunications, information technology infrastructure,
transportation and logistics, insurance and mortgage businesses.
