- F.5 or above
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in sizable organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & Chinese word processing
- Good interpersonal & communications skills
- Hardworking and reliable
職責描述
- Ensure office tidiness and in well-organized manner
- Manage and maintain office equipment & supplies, arrange services and repairs
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Provide courier service for crucial delivery and arranging courier services
- Assist other secretarial and clerical staff
- Performing other tasks as assigned
