Responsibilities
  • Ensure office tidiness and in well-organized manner
  • Manage and maintain office equipment & supplies, arrange services and repairs
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Provide courier service for crucial delivery and arranging courier services
  • Assist other secretarial and clerical staff
  • Performing other tasks as assigned
