Leasing Trainee (Stationed in GBA)

Requirements
  • High-caliber graduates from university with bachelor’s degrees or above
  • High initiative and commit to develop a career in property industry 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Teamwork orientation with leadership potentials
  • Good communication and presentation skills 
  • Willing to stay in Greater Bay Area at least for 18 months with business travels as needed
     
Responsibilities
  • Assist & provide support in Department to facilitate daily operations
  • Handle daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy matters
  • Provide support on implementing promotional campaigns & advertising activities of shopping mall/office premises
  • Handle public relations work of the activities
  • Assist in conducting studies / analysis / research in selected topics as assigned
