Executive Officer / Personal Assistant

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Minimum 8 years’ secretarial/personal assistant experience in serving senior executives on business matters in sizable corporations
- Experience in mainland business operations an added advantage
- Organized, attentive to details and strong numerical sense
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Provide full range of personal support to senior executive on business matters in Hong Kong / the mainland
- Prepare reports for internal & external meetings
- Conduct market research, analyze data and compile related reports
- Attend to business trips to the mainland occasionally and organize itinerary details
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects assigned by the senior executive
