Park Royale is a large premium residential project in Huadu, Guangzhou with a gross floor area of about eight million square feet. The project will be developed in several phases.

Phase 1 Monet Garden provides around 1,600 units from about 550 to 2,700 square feet in 12 high-rise condominiums, with varied layouts and special units appealing to different homebuyers. Some flats enjoy spectacular views of the Hong Xiuquan Reservoir and the Wangzi Mountain Forest Park. Facilities include a French-style garden, a swimming pool, community services and shops. Phase 2 of the project provides a total gross floor area of 4.2 million square feet. Superstructure construction of Phase 3 has commenced recently, which the foundation work of Phase 3B has been completed.

Located at the heart of the Greater Bay Area and surrounded by various highways, Park Royale is easily accessible by subway to the Guangzhou city centre and the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport with shuttle buses taking residents to the Ma'anshan Park subway station.
