Covering a gross floor area of about 9.3 million square feet, the integrated Guangzhou South Station ICC will be developed into a large-scale landmark. The transit-oriented development (TOD) will comprise office towers, a shopping mall, hotel and residential units, apartments, and public transport facilities. The development, scheduled for completion in phases starting from 2025, is of connections to 12 lines, including high-speed rails, inter-city and metro lines, as well as other means of transport, boasting seamless connections with Guangzhou South Railway Station, the country’s busiest High Speed Rail station, and will become an integrated station-city TOD hub in the Greater Bay Area upon completion.
