Grand Waterfront, with a gross floor area of about 4.5 million square feet, is a waterfront river-view residential project developed by the Group in the centre of Shilong Town, northern Dongguan, the Greater Bay Area. Developed in phases, the project comprises 25 high-rise condominiums along the river as well as 30 low-density residential towers. Surrounded by the river on three sides, a majority of the flats enjoy views of the Dongjiang River and Shahe. Facilities include a British-style floral garden, infinity pool, waterfront promenade and street shops. 

The project is easily accessible from the Dongguan station of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway, which facilitates travel between Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Commuting by DongGuan Rail Transit to travel within or beyond the city is also convenient and easy. These six residential towers of Phase 3 are being handed over to homebuyers in batches, starting from mid September 2022.
