Registration for Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited’s (SHKP) HK$10 million Day Day Lucky Draw will begin at 9am on 25 June 2021. The Lucky Draw, launched to encourage the public to receive COVID-19 vaccines, will run for 62 consecutive days. The first group of registrants will enjoy the most chances to win the prizes which include an iPhone 12. In addition, the number of hotel dining coupons in the prize draws has been doubled.

The Lucky Draw will run from 1 July to 31 August, with a draw a day, 62 days in a row. With more hotel dining coupons, SHKP will award 112 exciting prizes a day, or nearly 7,000 prizes in total, worth over HK$10 million.

The Lucky Draw will have two parts – one for the public and the other for SHKP staff. To thank staff for their effort in fighting the pandemic, all eligible employees of SHKP and its subsidiaries (over 34,000 people) can sign up for the staff lucky draws, which have the same number and types of prizes as those for the public.

In addition, to thank members of The Point by SHKP integrated loyalty programme, eligible The Point members will get two chances for each lucky draw (instead of one for non-members).

Registering for the HK$10 million Lucky Draw is simple. All permanent residents of the HKSAR aged 18 or above who have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine in Hong Kong by the day of registration can register during the registration period (from 9am on 25 June 2021 to 12noon on 31 August 2021) on the event website https://daydaydraw.shkp.com, or at the Customer Care Centres at 23 designated SHKP malls¹, where staff can help with the online registration. The event website will go live at 9am on 25 June 2021.

All entrants need to register only once, and those who do not win will automatically be entered in the remaining draws until the final draw is made on 31 August. Those who are not yet The Point members are welcome to register for The Point before signing up for the Lucky Draw to increase their chances of winning. Registration for The Point is free.

As the government gradually eases the social-distancing restrictions for restaurants, hotel dining coupons are set to become more popular. With this in mind, SHKP has increased the number of these prizes from 1,240 to 2,480. Winners can spend their coupons at renowned restaurants at SHKP hotels, such as Tosca di Angelo and Tin Lung Heen at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong; Caprice and Lung King Heen at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong; Sabatini Ristorante Italiano, Dong Lai Shun, Shikigiku Japanese Restaurant and Fine Foods at The Royal Garden; Di King Heen at the Royal Plaza Hotel; and YAMA at the Royal Park Hotel.

The sooner one receives two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, the sooner he can register for the lucky draw, the more chances to win the prizes.

Winners will be selected in random by a computer system at 1:30pm each day in July and August. The list of winners will be posted on the event website at 5:00pm on the day after the draw, and SHKP will also send a text message to the mobile phone numbers registered by the winners.
