The Group established the SHKP Club as a platform to encourage a long-term and effective two-way communication channel with customers. We were the first to establish a developer-loyalty club in Hong Kong, which remains the largest of its kind, comprising over 430,000 members. The Club provides property-related benefits, information and engagement activities to promote a ‘loving home’ among our potential and existing customers and collects customers’ feedback across multiple channels.

In addition to 5G technology and Internet of Things (IoT) application in both commercial and residential properties, SHKP has developed mobile applications for its residential development projects to offer residents a smart living experience.
