Ensuring Safety and Well-being
We have comprehensive occupational health and safety systems and policies in place to manage the safety and well-being of our employees. There have been no work-related fatalities among the Group’s employees in the past three reporting years.
Updating our Health and Safety Management System
To keep our health and safety standard up to date, two of our subsidiaries migrated from the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System to the latest, more stringent ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System during the reporting year.
Capitalizing on Our Talent
We upgraded our e-training platform with new functions to deliver an enhanced digital and virtual learning experience, including a ‘Technology Upskilling Portal’ for technology-related courses and a ‘Self-Learning Platform’ for resources related to language, customer service and personal development.
