O ver the years, Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) has played a significant role in the development of West Kowloon. Currently, construction of two major projects, the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus Development and the Artist Square Towers Project at the West Kowloon Cultural District, is underway. The office portion of the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus Development has been officially named the International Gateway Centre (IGC), and the development is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
